Month 1 Groundwork
We start with a deep look at each employee’s history, goals, and daily routine. From there we create an initial herbal plan and simple action steps that fit their real life.
Month 2 Dial In
Review progress, see what’s working, and make adjustments. Refine herbs and lifestyle supports so changes stick.
Month 3 Solidify
Build on what’s working, simplify routines, and set next steps for long term support.

$300 per employee per quarter

FAQs
Can we enroll more than five employees?
Yes. Add in blocks of three sessions per employee at the same $100/session rate.
Can someone join mid-quarter?
If your schedule allows, yes. They’ll still complete three monthly sessions within a 12-week window.
What if someone misses a session?
Give 24-hour notice to reschedule. Otherwise forfeited. Sessions don’t carry over.
Are herbs included?
No. I provide sourcing suggestions; employees choose what to purchase and where.
Are sessions private?
Yes. All consults are confidential 1:1 sessions. Participation can be shared with the company if requested (counts only; no health info).
